Shipping:
After your payment is registered, the goods will be sent to you within 2-5 business days. From time to time, we run out of sizes in stock faster than we manage to update the website. If we do not have the desired size in stock, you will recieve a mail about it, and a prompt refund of your payment. Cost of shipment is calculated upon checkout.

International orders can be traced here.
Taxes:
On international orders, we substract the Norwegian VAT (25%) upon checkout. Your order may however be charged with local taxes depending on what country you are ordering to. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns:
Orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The returned goods must be unused and in the original package. All return costs are covered by the costumer. After recieving the returned goods, we control the condition before we transfer the payment back to your account. This may take up to 14 days. Faulty goods:
If you recieve wrong or damaged goods, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so we can help you. Keep in mind that the following is not reason for complaint:
• Fading. Leather is an organic material and variations may occur.
• Wear and tear on outsole and heel. Damage from long-term or heavy use is not reason for complaint.
• Tip: Avoid using the same shoes every day. Let them rest from time to time, then both you and your shoes will last longer.
